These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Traffic-Key SEO ("we", "us", or "the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Traffic-Key SEO provides real traffic tracking for a website you connect, a keyword search volume lookup tool, and a Google ranking checker, subject to the usage limits shown in your dashboard. The Service relies on third-party data providers; figures such as search volume, CPC, competition, and ranking positions are estimates and snapshots at the time of the request, not guarantees of actual search performance.

2. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not guarantee that using the Service will increase your traffic, improve your search rankings, or produce any particular business result. SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms we do not operate.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAFFIC-KEY SEO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

4. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the plan you choose at signup.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, in full or in part, including for partial billing periods, unused usage, or dissatisfaction with results.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your current billing period early — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription then ends automatically without any further charge and without a refund for that final period.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, resell access without our written permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traffic-Key SEO and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the website you connect to it, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Your Website and Data

You are solely responsible for the website you connect and for having the right to install the tracking snippet on it. We are not responsible for how you use keyword or ranking data obtained through the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
